Refund policy

At ENWA, we take pride in offering high-quality products and conducting strict quality checks before packing every order. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for all customers.

Please review our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
We request customers to review product details and size charts carefully before completing the purchase.


2. Return Policy

ENWA does not offer returns for any products unless the item received is damaged or defective.

We strongly encourage you to:

Review the size chart,

Read product descriptions carefully,

Contact us if you are unsure about sizing before purchasing.


3. Replacement Policy (Damaged / Defective Products Only)

We offer replacements ONLY if:

The product you received is damaged or defective, and

You share an uninterrupted (no pause) opening video of the package from the moment the parcel is opened.

To request a replacement:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Email us at inbox.enwa@gmail.com with:

    •  Order number

    •  Opening video (must be continuous)

    •  Photos of the damage

    •  Short description of the issue

  3. Our team will assess the video and photos.

  4. Once approved, we will send a replacement (subject to availability).
    If the product is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

  5. Exchange and replacement delivery timeframe will be 5-10 days.

Exclusions (Not eligible for replacement):

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Products that are used, washed, or altered

Missing required opening video


4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Custom or personalised products

Sale / clearance items

Gift cards

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged by the customer


5. Refund Policy

If refund is approved the amount will be credited to you within 7-14 working days

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Replacement is approved but the product is not in stock

  • The return is approved after reviewing your damage claim

Refund Method:

Refund will be issued to the original payment method, OR

You may choose to receive store credit (valid for future purchases)

If store credit is provided it will be credited within 24 hrs.  Store credited will expire within 90 days

Refunds are processed only after we:

  • Receive the returned item (if requested), and

  • Inspect and verify the damage


6. Exchange Policy

ENWA does not offer size or colour exchanges.
Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.


7. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is requested by us for verification, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


8. Important Notes

Claims without an opening video cannot be accepted.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

ENWA reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on assessment.
